Grants
Here you’ll find help and guidance for charities awarded a grant from the Hodge Foundation. Our aim is to make our grant process as clear and supportive as possible.
If your grant application has been successful, you will receive a grant award letter via Docusign. Please read this carefully noting especially the terms of the grant and any reporting requirements. If you are happy with the terms, please sign the letter and it will be returned to us automatically via Docusign.
To claim your grant payment please provide any further information requested in the grant award letter, including your bank statement.
The Grant Process
Please follow each step carefully to ensure smooth and timely processing of your grant.
All documents should be submitted through our website using the designated upload form, excluding signed grant award acceptance letters which will be returned via Docusign.
We kindly ask you do not send documents by email unless specifically requested to do so by us.
Claim your grant payment
Only once you have formally accepted your grant by signing your grant award letter via Docusign are you eligible to claim your payment.
Grant Reporting
As part of your grant agreement, we welcome brief progress reports or updates throughout the duration of your project.
Press & Publicity Guidance
We welcome acknowledgment in project-related press or communications, subject to our prior consent.
Standard conditions of grants
Grants must be used solely for the specified project, as set out in the application and the grant offer letter, and the project must not be changed materially without prior written approval from the Foundation.
